	Design

	Our Research and Development department will advise and create – starting with the conception of a product and the choice of just the right material, via CAD, feasibility studies, tool engineering and initial samples up to the final article.

	Moulding

	In our cleanrooms, we produce your pharmaceutical packaging, medical devices or application devices by precision injection moulding.

	Filing

	The filling of medical devices, e.g. aseptic filling, is also part of our wide array of competences.

	Packaging

	Due to our highly adaptable production lines, we can also handle customised packing of sets, the assembly of small parts, printing, siliconisation, final packaging and so on; and if need be, we can even change to manual operation.

	Sterilization

	We dispose of decades of experience in sterilizing medical devices by ethylene oxide in our chambers – as contract sterilization or as the finishing touch to an all-encompassing process.
